It is very true that our energy follows our focus. In this workshop, you will learn through experience the benefits of focusing on people and activities, places, and events that bring you joy. This is a daily practice that will serve you for a lifetime.

This is not a cavalier way to ignore the very real challenges facing humanity as a collective and our country at this time. However, maintaining your own vibrant perspective is not only healthy, it is helpful for others.
