I will spend 2 hours with you in the beautiful Hudson Valley Catskills, teaching you to connect with Water, Rock, Tree, through ancient Earth Practices that open a whole world to you. The practices you learn in these hours will serve you for the rest of your life.

Learn to go deep into the earth by Sitting with a Tree. Feel the flow and energy of water and how to energetically cleanse yourself. Experience the wisdom and movement in rock. The expansiveness of Sky. Feel yourself able to connect with your longings and dreams and Big Sky Energy. Feel the earth under your feet, and experience a deep sense of being grounded.
